Jason Benedict / CEO
Jason joined Manifest as CEO in 2006 having worked with Manifest as a Partner since the company inception in 2001. In his role, he oversees the company’s business strategy and leads the company’s growth plans as Manifest moves from a regional leader based in Chicago to a Top 10 Interactive Consultancy. Jason has an equal focus on clients, the marketplace, and managing and mentoring employees.
Jason has a unique ability to partner with clients to improve business results in a world transformed by digital. His passion for technology has enabled Manifest to successfully integrate the User Experience, Technology, and Creative disciplines.
Previously, Jason was a Principal at Acquity Group, a professional services firm providing retail ecommerce solutions. Before Acquity Group, he was a Director at Sapient and a Sr. Manager at Accenture. He holds an MBA from Louisiana State University Business School and a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri.

Jim Jacoby / Founder & President
Jim established Manifest in an effort to find meaningful connections in an increasingly disconnected space. He is a well-respected leader in the industry with a 15+ year track record of credibility and success. He kicked off his career with Whittman-Hart in technology, training and documentation, building early information architecture concepts and founding the first successful interactive department operation there. Jim also built early processes for cross-functional integration including Strategy, Brand and Technology.
Jim founded Manifest in 2001 and executed all core operational functions through early growth stages, singularly responsible for early decision-making. Jim is an active leader in the digital communications space, having spoken, taught and been published.

Michael Latiner / CFO
Michael joined Manifest in 2010 as CFO after spending over 10 years working within the private equity sector. As a Director with Lake Capital, a Chicago-based private equity group, Michael led more than 15 investments deploying over $250 million of equity capital. After leaving Lake Capital in 2009, Michael worked with a prominent Midwest family office helping it develop and execute its first direct investment strategy.
Prior to Lake Capital, Michael served as the SVP, Finance for TEAM Communications, a television production and distribution company based in Los Angeles. He spent two years as a Manager of Financial Reporting at 20th Century Fox. Additionally, Michael is a CPA with experience at Deloitte & Touche and Price Waterhouse. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago and is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.
