That’s where Allstate asked Manifest to jump in.

We were challenged to define and develop the vision for Allstate’s quoting tool and develop all aspects of their My Account site, both of which are the premier online sales and retention tools for the insurer.

This long-term engagement includes all aspects of:

• Strategy – an Acquisition & Retention roadmap, focusing on a 25% lift in online sales.

• Visioning – comprehensive 3-year strategy for the Direct channel, identifying measureable KPIs year over year.

• Experience Design - qualitative and quantitative research, focus groups, interaction design, user journeys, mental models.

• Visual Design - online advertising, page layout and templates.

• System Design - strategy, tactics and methodology for release, system integration and scalability.

• Customer Segmentation - persona development, influencer mapping, and identifying solutions for customer personalization.

In addition to the on-going sales and service work, we were engaged to lead the user experience design, visual design and content strategy for the 3rd largest strategic initiative in Allstate’s history – eCommerce for All Channels.
