In the Innovation Center, Allstate team members can follow various types of users on their journeys of buying and using insurance on the Interactive Customer Journey Map. They can take advantage of the Customer Immersion Room to imagine these users' homes or their experiences interacting with Allstate. In order to make sure their products are the best in the market, agents can track the latest news and information on the Market Dashboard.

Combined, these tools form a powerful place that Allstate can use to bring its customers to a place of trust.
