Bally wanted to find a way to combine the best aspects of an in-club experience with a unifying digital engagement. The goal was to significantly reduce media spend, increase member satisfaction, and create a bold, industry-leading initiative.
What we helped them create has become a first-mover trend that we’re now seeing others attempt to emulate. Plus, it’s just plain cool.
The Results Center is the most progressive health and fitness interactive tool ever delivered in a workout environment.
Motion- and touch-sensitive interfaces deliver up-to-the-moment information about activities available in the club. Going forward, users can have personalized info delivered for motivation and customization before, during, or after workouts… soon they could even order a smoothie when it’s time to cool-down.
Plus, the Results Center provides digital tools that help trainers offer guidance and support to current and prospective club members.
In the future, club members will be able to plan workouts at home, have them delivered to mobile devices and then customize them during their club visit. That way, Bally and their members stay connected—while ensuring the focus remains on healthy outcomes and rewarding experiences.
The Results Center interacts with members passively and proactively. Members can motion to the wall to experiment with new types of exercise and get tips on diet, life-balance and exercise.
Schedule boards throughout the club integrate with up-to-the-minute details on classes offered, personal trainer insights and more.
Bally connected the digital tools with interior design of the clubs to create an environment that is focused, productive, and informational for the members.
