The Wynn is one of the best hotels in the world. Not just for its physical space—though that’s certainly top-notch. It’s all about the experience, and Wynn was the first to truly lay claim to this method of owning the guest’s confidence and exceeding expectations.

To create the Wynn Exchange, Manifest needed to translate that world-class brand position to an equally world-class online experience.

Plus, we had to figure out how to make a wide range of back-end systems (that really had no interest in cooperating) work seamlessly together.

First, we created a video introduction that worked in conjunction with a sophisticated content management and personalization system.

Then we got to work on the core challenge: building a gift card experience that would allow guests to bundle offers like spa amenities, cooking lessons, room upgrades, restaurant reservations and more.

We created the experience maps that led the way toward user testing, experience modifications and customer insights—to ensure the Wynn experience was fully realized online. After the architecture was built, Manifest worked to help ensure the customer experience was advocated effectively through the entire development process. And, in a few cases, we even lent our hand to helping out with the front-end integration.
